New research from Dr. Bartley Danielsen (NC State University) and Dr. John Merrifield (The University of Texas at San Antonio) details the potential Economic Development Zone ESAs have to transform communities in Tennessee. According to Danielsen neighborhoods will be more economically vibrant and diverse when families become convinced that their children will attend quality schools.
